I love the size and weight of this oval baker. I have other Pillivuyt bakeware and as always very satisfied with the quality. I am currently trying to upgrade all of my bakeware by slowly replacing each piece as I can afford to do so, since Pillivuyt is a bit pricey. But I am happy to say that so far I've been impressed with the way it performs. It's durable, bakes everything evenly and is easy to clean.
