For many months, I have been trying to decide whether or not to invest money in this pewter Crosby and Taylor Fleur de Lys measuring spoon set. Now that I have this handsome set hanging on my kitchen wall, I'm extremely happy that I purchased the Fleur de Lys pattern. Excellent craftsmenship is an understatement. The pewter strip is weighty and strong, but it is easy to hang. The screws are even included. Just be sure to position the strip so the small hangers are slightly turned up to prevent the spoons from falling. The spoons are each a work of art. So pretty and solid. I particularly like the shape of the spoons. I chose to purchase the Fleur de Lys pattern w/ the display strip and the Fleur de Lys pattern measuring cups w/ the gorgeous stand-alone pewter display post and this arrangement suits my needs and space very well. Easy to use and so enjoyable. These are handsome heirloom pieces to be enjoyed for many generations. Don't buy the imitations.
