I purchased this item as a Christmas present, and the individual receiving it did not want it. This vendor authorized return of merchandise and made a full refund. Great customer service!
I had one hand in a cast for 4 weeks and this made it possible for me to open jars with tight lids. What a treat! It’ll even be good for opening jars with super tight lids when I have two hands again…
Won’t open huge jars, but don’t buy them anyway. Wish I had bought one sooner – easy to use, works wonderfully. Good value for your money!
My husband gave me the Black and Decker Jar Opener last Christmas. I haven’t found a jar yet that it can’t open. I just bought another one for my mother. I highly recommend it.
