  4. After all, what in the world is a bachelor in a small apartment going to cook that warrants a 12-qt. pot??? Perhaps all the money I have saved purchasing this fine Cuisinart ‘Chef’s Classic’ cookware can be used to buy a 6-lb. lobster ($83.89 including shipping from ‘Lobsters-Online’). A 6-lb. lobster needs a 12-qt. stockpot to cook it in, (plus a large cinder block on the lid to keep the lobster from climbing out of the pot) doesn’t it??

This monster pot is very heavy as well and almost overwhelms my small half-pot rack.

I love these pans. They cook even and they do not have that non-stick garbage. They also clean very easily. The price is not bad at all either
