  1. There is nothing wrong with the glasses, but I didn’t realize how big they were. I wanted smaller, shorter stemmed glasses. It’s too much trouble to send them back, so I’ll give them as a gift.

These glasses are pretty but the bases are not level so they wobble on the table. After a few glasses of wine, that can be a very dangerous thing. Also, it makes “swirling” the wine less enjoyable because you feel the clunk, clunk as different parts of the wine glass base make contact with the table.

  3. These wine glasses are, indeed, large. My wife filled them halfway, which was way too much. But, they feel great in your hand, you can swirl the wine around, they’re sturdy and attractive, and they make a nice sound when you click glasses together in a toast. You can’t beat the price (less than $19 for six glasses). I bought these glasses based on the other reviews so I thought I’d weigh in myself. The packaging was excellent. I don’t need high-priced highbrow wine glasses (I’d end up breaking them anyway). In summary, this is a great deal!

  4. These glasses are simple, elegant, and cheap. After having an expensive set of elegant and delicate (at least one broke with every use) wine glasses, I decided to go with cheaper and fret less over all the broken glass. These glasses are fairly heavy in the hand and border on too large for mealtime use. However, they are ideal for that casual after dinner sip of wine. Fun glasses that you won’t regret having in your cupboard.

I love these glasses. They are very big and I love having a glass of Moscato in them.
