An oldie but goodie, this tea kettle is great for any type of stove. Easy to clean and maintain, it coordinates well with many of today’s stainless kitchen appliances. The whistle is a great reminder it’s time for tea!
Great teapot! My family has used these for 30+ years. Everything else either burns your hands or plain sucks.
This was a replacement and I only hope that the new one lasts for as many years as its predecessor. The other only wore out due to being left on a burner when empty on not one but several occasions. Excellent product.
When I got the teapot, I was disappointed in it’s size, it looks like a child’s teapot. Just because it holds less water, it doesn’t have to be that small. The handle is small, the spout where you put the water in is small and you have to use a small flame for the small size. Very hard to use.
It’s in my cupboard now, I don’t use it.
It’s a great kettle, nice looking, copper bottom for fast, even heating. It prevents the water from boiling off. Yet the whistle is barely there. You have to be right there to hear it.
As one who tends to be preoccuried, I have hope for a louder whistle.
